Cubeshell LLC ("we," "us," or "our") runs cubeshell.com, the Cubeshell console, and the Cubeshell MCP connection. This policy explains what information we collect when you use them, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect what we need to run your account, price and charge tool calls, and show you exact receipts. We do not sell your information.

Information We Collect

You give us some information directly:

• Account details, such as the email address you sign in with
• Messages you send through the contact form or by email
• Top-up and billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store full card numbers

Some information is created by using the service:

• Workspace records, such as your credit balance, top-ups, and settings
• MCP token metadata, such as its label, creation time, status, and a short identifying suffix. We store a one-way digest, not the raw token
• Tool call records, including the request input, the result, the credits charged, and the receipt. We keep these so your receipts and history stay inspectable
• Basic log data, such as IP address, access times, and pages viewed, used for security and debugging

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• Run your account, workspace, and MCP connection
• Price tool calls, charge credits, and produce receipts
• Answer your questions and support requests
• Keep the service secure and prevent abuse or fraud
• Understand usage so we can fix problems and improve the product

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

• Tool providers: Executing a tool call requires transmitting your request input to a third-party service provider used to complete the requested operation. Such providers receive only the input necessary for that operation, and do not receive your Cubeshell sign-in credentials, billing details, or workspace history
• Service providers: Vendors that provide hosting, authentication, and payment processing for us
• Legal requirements: If required by law or a valid legal process
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With your consent: When you have given us explicit permission

Data Retention

We retain account, workspace, tool-call, receipt, and support records while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve billing or security issues, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to limited backup, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal-retention requirements.

International Processing

Cubeshell is based in the United States. We and the service providers used for hosting, payments, authentication, and tool execution may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
